The Coaches Invitational Long Course Meet has been held on the 2nd Tuesday in July dating back to 1974. This meet provides an opportunity for the top-8 ranked MCSL swimmers in each individual event to compete the same number of lengths in the 50 meter pool. |

Please come join the 10 am Monday practice today! 4th graders who swim with Horizons Greater Washington, the organization for which Little Falls fundraises during the Penguin Plunge, will be joining our practice and can't wait to meet you! For the afternoon, ONLY the 4:30-5:30 practice will be offered for ALL swimmers (no 3:30 OR 5:30 practice times available that day). |
