Unsure if your swimmer is ready for Nestlings or Pre-Team? Coaches will be conducting assessments of swimmers at the beginning of the season.  If you have any question about whether the team is a good fit for your child, please sign up for a quick assessment before registering; assessments should only take 5-10 minutes.

In order to enroll in 2024 Nestlings, all swimmers need an evaluation prior to receiving the private registration link. Please email A Rep Katherine Lew ([email protected]) or Head Coach Griffin Kramer ([email protected]) with any questions. 

Evaluations will be Sunday May 26th from 9-11am! Please sign up for a swimmer evaluation here. If you cannot make the 26th, please sign up for the option "Eval--Week of 5/28" and we will reach out with make-up information.

This date is tentative.

This meet is for the top 2 divers from each age group.  To qualify, each diver must have participated in a minimum of 2 meets during our regular season.  Qualifying divers will be determined by coach calculations made after Meet 5 of 5.

We need helpers to pull off the annual pasta pep rally. LF pays for the supplies; we just need helpers to make and deliver the food to the pool on the evening of the pep rally and help serve it to our hungry Penguins. Uncooked pasta and bread will be in the concessions kitchen on July 19 for pick up. Please deliver cooked pasta and bread to the pool between 5:45 and 6:00 pm on July 20. Swimmers will be finished with practice by 6:00 and ready to eat by 6:10 pm.

Come join us at the pool for fun, family games, group relays and Nestling and pre-team awards!  This "meet" will be held on the last Wednesday night of the swim season and all Nestling & pre-team swimmers have the opportunity to compete in a mini meet before receiving their end of season awards. Also included in the evening are parent and family relays and a wildly popular parent dive competition.
