Little Falls Swim and Dive

The Little Falls Penguins Swim Team is an MCSL (Montgomery County Swim League) team currently in Division G open only to members of the Little Falls Swim Club. It is a swim team run entirely by the coaches and parent volunteers. Practices occur between May 26 and July 17.

"B Meets" are Wednesday evenings, "A Meets" are Saturday mornings, and pep rallies are Friday evenings. (see 2026 Calendar tab for all meets and events).
