Little Falls Swim and Dive

Parents:

Our dive season is short but sweet -- it lasts for 8 weeks (from May 27 to July 19, 2024).

The first day of practice is on Memorial Day -- Monday, May 27  -- from 9 am to 11 am.  9-10 am (ages 5-10), and 10-11 am (ages 11-18).  This is a special bonus practice before the pool opens for the Memorial Day picnic.

For the first 3 weeks of practice (May 27 to June 14), please note that a Sign-Up Genius will be sent out each Friday evening (starting on May 24) to sign up for practice the following week. Please be sure to sign up your diver for practice before sending him/her to practice. This is necessary to avoid over-crowding at practice, and to ensure that each diver gets a minimum number of dives per practice. (For example, depending on registration numbers, each diver may be limited to 3 practices per week during the first 3 weeks of the season.) Once school is out and we are able to add morning practices (starting June 17), it will likely no longer be necessary to do the sign-ups in advance, and every diver will be welcome to come to 5 practices per week. Thank you.

May 28 - June 14, 2024 (weekday afternoons only while school is still in session) - We can be flexible about what practice you attend (does not have to be with your age range.)

4:00pm-4:30pm -- Ages 8 & under (or any new divers)

4:30pm-5:30pm -- Ages 9-12

5:30pm-6:30pm -- Ages 13 & older (also 11-12's who aren't on the Swim Team are welcome to come to this practice)

June 17 - July 19, 2024 (divers can choose weekday morning or afternoon practice) -- We can be flexible about what practice you attend (does not have to be with your age range.)

Morning option
9:00am-10:00am -- Ages 10 & under
10:00am-11:00am -- Ages 11 & older

Afternoon option
4:00pm-4:30pm -- Ages 8 & under
4:30pm-5:30pm -- Ages 13 & older (also 11-12's who aren't on the Swim Team are welcome to come to this practice)

5:30pm-6:30pm -- Ages 9-12

Optional swim/dive pep rallies on Fridays (starting on June 7):
6:15pm-7:00pm -- Come one, come all, to the pep rally held for the Swim and Dive Teams on the front lawn outside of the pool house! The Dive Team will still hold practice for the 13 & older at that time, but they are also welcome to leave practice early for the pep rally.
