Hey Penguins! I am so excited to be your head coach at Little Falls this summer! I am a graduate student at the University of Maryland, and in May 2026, I will graduate with a masters and certification in Elementary Education. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh where I was a member of the varsity swim team all four years. Before college, I was a Little Falls Penguin starting at age four, I swam year-round with the Capitol Sea Devils and NCAP, and I was also a member of the BCC swim team during my high school years. I retired from my 17-year swimming career in February 2025, and I now enjoy swimming for fun :). I have been giving private lessons at Little Falls for 7 summers now, and I have been the Emperor Penguins coach in the past. I look forward to seeing everyone this summer and can’t wait for an awesome season! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with questions/comments/concerns. Go Penguins!
I couldn't be more excited to be back on deck with you all this summer! This is my 14th year as a Penguin and 4th year coaching the best swimmers in the DMV. I just finished my high school swimming career as a Captain on the B-CC Swim and Dive Team and I've been on competitive club teams since I was six years old, starting at NCAP, moving to my current club All Star Aquatics. I've loved every moment of being on this team and I can't wait to see my Penguin family again and begin the work to crush Division G!
Hi Little Falls, my name is Reese Rosenkranz and I am an Assistant Head Coach of swim team! I am a rising senior at Holton-Arms. I have swum on Holton’s Varsity swim and dive the last 3 winters, and next year I will lead the team as captain. Previously, I swam with The Capitol Sea Devils for 6 years. I have been on Little Falls swim and dive for the last 9 summers and love everything about this team. I can’t wait for this season to start and all of our penguin swimmers to be back on the pool deck.

Hi Penguins! This is my 10th year on the team, and I am so excited to be back on deck coaching this year! I just wrapped up high school swimming as a captain for the RM team, where we had a super fun year. I started swimming year round for Sea Devils when I was seven, but switched to RMSC a few years ago and have loved it! I absolutely love the LF team, and I’m excited to be on the most spirited team in Division G. Go Penguins!
Hi Penguins! I couldn't be more excited to see everybody in purple this summer! This is my 13th year as a Penguin and my 4th year as a coach! I am a rising Freshman at the University of Michigan and spent my four years at B-CC as a tri-sport athlete and Varsity Girls Soccer Captain! I play soccer year round but always return to LFSC to spend my summers in the water. I can't wait to see you all on deck!
Hi team, I am excited to be back on the pool deck this summer! This is my third summer coaching at Little Falls and my 10th summer swimming. I am a rising senior at Holton-Arms where I have swum on the varsity swim and dive team for three seasons. I can’t wait to see all the Penguins on the deck this summer.
It’s a privilege to be back on deck with the team for another summer season! This is my 11th year as a Penguin and my 3rd year coaching, and it’s always a highlight of my year working with such a dedicated and fun group of swimmers.
I’m currently a junior at BCC high school and serve as a captain of my high school swim team. I’ve been swimming competitively since I was 10 and I’m looking forward to another great and fun summer with Little Falls.
Hi everyone! I am a competitive swimmer and a rising 10th grader at Holton-Arms going into my first summer of coaching! It has been a lifelong dream of mine to become a LF coach since I was a pre-teamer, and I'm so excited to start this summer. I have been club swimming since I was 7 years old, first at Sea Devils and then at NCAP, though swimming at Little Falls during the summer has been my favorite part of my swimming career so far. I'm looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you! Go Penguins!
Hi all, I am a competitive swimmer with both Nation’s Capital Swim Club and the Sidwell Friends School Swim Team (rising sophomore). From the age of five, I’ve had the privilege of spending my summers on the pool deck with Little Falls. I’m thrilled to be beginning my first year of coaching with the team, as this has been a longtime goal of mine. I’ve spent 8 years swimming with a year-round club and have always had a strong passion for the sport. I can’t wait to deepen my involvement with the Penguins and get to know everybody better. Go Penguins!
