Family Fun Night and Pre-Team/Nestling Awards

Come join us at the pool for fun, family games, group relays and Nestling and pre-team awards! This "meet" will be held on the last Wednesday night of the swim season and all Nestling & pre-team swimmers have the opportunity to compete in a mini meet before receiving their end of season awards. Also included in the evening are parent and family relays and a wildly popular parent dive competition. |

Participation in this meet is contingent upon coach availability, and diver level of interest. This meet is designed for provide a post-season meet for divers who did not qualify for the divisional meet. This meet includes all 4 dive divisions. |

Last Day of Practice & Divisionals Pasta Pep Rally
Little Falls

theme: PURPLE and WHITE We need helpers to pull off the annual pasta pep rally. LF pays for the supplies; we just need helpers to make and deliver the food to the pool on the evening of the pep rally and help serve it to our hungry Penguins. Uncooked pasta and bread will be in the concessions kitchen on July 17 for pick up. Please deliver cooked pasta and bread to the pool between 5:45 and 6:00 pm on July 19. Swimmers will be finished with practice by 6:00 and ready to eat by 6:10 pm. |

Dive Meet (Division III Championship) for qualifying divers
Carderock Springs

This meet is for the top 2 divers from each age group, as determined by scores form the dual meets. To qualify, each diver must have participated in at least 2 dual meets during the regular dive season. The head coach will be in touch with the qualifying divers. |

End of Season Swim & Dive Banquet
Little Falls Pool

End: 9:00 PM

This family event is held at the end of the regular season for the swim and dive team. From 5-6pm, there will be a raft hour. At 6pm, the buffet line starts. In addition to an awesome dinner, the coaches give every swimmer a personalized “paper plate” award which celebrates something special and memorable about them during the season. The night ends with cake and a video of season highlights. |
