The Coaches Invitational Long Course Meet has been held on the 2nd Tuesday in July dating back to 1974. This meet provides an opportunity for the top-8 ranked MCSL swimmers in each individual event to compete the same number of lengths in the 50 meter pool. |

Penguin Plunge for Horizons Greater Washington
Little Falls Pool
All swim team, pre-team and Nestling members are invited to participate in our annual fundraiser, held during all morning and afternoon practices. Swimmers pledge to swim as many laps as they can and request donations from family and friends. Swim team and pre-team members swim in the Main Pool and Nestlings swim in the Middle Pool during their regular practice time. All raised funds support Horizons Greater Washington programming, which teaches K to 9th graders to swim, many of whom are are the first in their family to learn this lifesaving skill . This "meet" will be held on the last Wednesday night of the swim season and all Nestling & pre-team swimmers have the opportunity to compete in a mini meet before receiving their end of season awards. Also included in the evening are parent and family relays and a wildly popular parent dive competition. |
