Little Falls Swim and Dive

As Little Falls sets forth to conquer Division G in 2026, we welcome back alumni-Penguin and new Head Coach Jill Berger to the swim team.  Jill is a LF veteran who graduated from the Penguins in 2022 and went on to swim for four years at the University of Pittsburgh.  We're thrilled to have her back and in the role of Head Penguin.  Welcome home Jill!

The application for assistant coaches is coming soon...keep an eye out for an email in February or March.

The 2026 swim team calendar is taking shape; pull out your calendars and take note of the events you won't want to miss.  

Stay tuned for details about our partnership with Fins, which will manage not only the Nestling Program, but a broader developmental swim program that will include additional age groups and ability levels.
