Relay Carnival results
Little Falls comes in 4th at Relay Carnival. But there is lots of good news - several of our teams came in first and are going to All-Stars! Congratulations!
Team Photo Day - Postponed
Team Photo is rescheduled for July 11th.
Information on Practices
Morning practice has begun. Coaches want all 11 and up swimmers to bring running shoes to Tuesday and Thursday AM practice; those who forget will do an "intense" dryland work out instead of joining in the neighborhood run!
The Penguin Dee's (Penguin Developmental) AM and PM practice (M,Tu, Th) begins the week of June 22.

Wednesday's B meet
Swim your best at the "BIG PURPLE AND WHITE" MEET this Wednesday July 1 AT Little Falls Pool. This will be a Purple Team vs White Team "B" meet of Little Falls swimmers! Coaches will randomly assign all team members (excluding Penguin Dees). They'll tell the swimmers more at practice. You may park in the parking lot, because there is no opposing team. If the lot is full, parking restrictions on local streets apply. Warmups at 5:20pm. (We'll send out email updates if weather is questionable)

Saturday's A Meet
You should have received an invitation from EventBrite regarding our upcoming A meet on July 4th away against Wildwood Manor. You must reply to this invite by midnight, Wednesday, July 1st to let us know if your swimmer(s) is/are available to swim this Saturday if needed. (Can't find your email? then go directly to the EventBrite invitation at http://july4meetavailability.eventbrite.com/ If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are either unavailable or uninterested in being considered for this meet. The coaches will select the swimmers and their events and send out an email of the roster by noon on Friday.
Parking restrictions
For home meets, you cannot park in the pool parking lot or on any street. Your only alternatives are either to walk to the pool or to park in the Westbrook parking lot and walk from there. This is the County requirement - so please obey it. Violators are subject to LFSC penalties.
If you are carrying heavy equipment or have a disability, please contact Carol Hearle (team@littlefallspenguins.com) or Susan Hammond (team2@littlefallspenguins.com) and you can get a parking pass for the lot.
Noise
Please be considerate of the neighbors and the zoning requirements that the pool operates under. Keep all noise to an absolute minimum on Saturday mornings before 9am, and be considerate after that time. At no time are electronic noises allowed - boomboxes, microphones, loud car radios, etc.)
